Turn off Maintenance Reminder?

2024 RDX A-Spec Advance with 6600 miles on odometer.

Maintenance minder A 1 6 keeps popping up every time I start the car and I push the scroll wheel to dismiss; message goes away.

i understand what “A 1 6” means and I will plan to schedule service around the 7500 mile mark, but is there any way to turn off the “reminder” without resetting the entire maintenance minder system?

i don’t recall having this same issue on my 2020 RDX, 2022 RDX (both Advance) or my 2024 MDX A-Spec.

Any ideas?

My 2024 Aspec Advance does the same thing. In fact, my first visit was also an A16 service(s). I believe that maintenance reminder started popping up around 15% oil life left if I am not mistaken. Either way, get the vehicle serviced and have the MM reset. Otherwise, you can reset the MM yourself.

For rear diff 1-2k miles wont make a difference, I would reset it if it bothers you.

I’m still at 30% on the MM so was going to wait to service at 7500miles. That’s about as long as I like to go.

It’s just a PIA ro have to acknowledge the message every time I start the car.

I get it, but it is easily dismissed.
