My RDX is less than three weeks old. The other day, it starting making a loud gunshot type sound when I open the rear door. It is so odd. I can’t see anything different and it works otherwise fine. No sound when closing it. Do I need to bring this in to be looked at?

I also hear a scraping sound when goi g (slowly) over speed bumps.
