Cool Speedometer back lighting

Anyone notice while having sun glasses on the speedometer numbers can be hardly seen during day time?

My Oakley polarized sunglasses appear to be ok with it.
They do have problem seeing the LCD display on the gas station

I assume you're talking about the HUD speedometer, not the gauge on the dash. Yes, the HUD image reflected off the windshield is polarized light, so it can be difficult to see with polarized sunglasses. Try tilting your head from side to side and see if the brightness varies. Mine does, but in my normal driving position, I can see it. It all depends on how the lenses are aligned in the frames. Many computer displays, phones, tablets, etc., can be difficult to see with polarized sunglasses.
