A-Spec badge redux

I had ordered some black A-Spec badges from eBay, they said same size and compatible, yada yada yada......

They were 2/3's the size, so I decided not to use them.

When removing the first badge I noticed it was coming apart, so I finished the job. Little melted plastic pins protrude from the front piece (the chrome) through the back piece (The A-Spec)..

So I cleaned them up, taped off the A, and painted the Spec in red. Used a sanding pad to scuff and primed and painted the chrome parts. I used Bondic to glue it back together and put new tape on the back. Will install tonight.

The "A" is not painted, it was that color so I masked it off.

All back together, just a little polish and install.

totally. The leading edge of the A is very fragile. After they are assembled I’ll polish them up.
