Send from iPhone Maps to car
For many months now I've lost the ability to look up an address in iPhone's native Maps, and share the same to the car via the Acuralink button available in Maps. The destination is not communicated to the car's navigation system. Has this feature been removed? BTW, I've deleted and reinstalled Acuralink on my iPhone multiple times.

The send to car feature implementation is a hit or miss. This happens to me all the time. I tried deleting AcuraLink app, reinstalled and sign back in. Sometimes it works. I found this feature works when you don’t close out the AcuraLink app or send to the car a few minutes before you come out to the car.

Do you have the security package? My understanding that the ‘send to’ feature only fully works with the Acuralink security package, which you had free for the first year. If you don’t subscribe, the ‘send to’ will only work if the car is running or in the accessory mode.

early on when I got my 2019 rdx advance in late 2018, I was able to use AcuraLink app to send destinations to navi, even when car was off & I was sitting comfortable in my living room. if fact I recall sending several at the same time. they then would show when i turning on the car & i could save them. I loved that feature. unfortunately & for no reason one of the updates either to AcuraLink or the navi took this away. For about a year now the only way to send map info is to have the AcuraLink app open & the car running or at least the accessories mode on. several inquiries to AcuraLink over a past 12 months have gone unanswered or i was told it never intended to work the way I described.. THEY ARE WRONG... Note : I do pay extra for Remote functions
