Drive a type S and drive a Tesla Y, then make your choice.

Odds are, the model Y will blow the doors off a type S.

 

Model Y is faster (depending on the model) significant faster) but I agree, for me a Sport Hybrid RDX would be the ideal vehicle. The MDX Sport Hybrid hustled to 60 in about 5.6 seconds and presumably an RDX would do it a little quicker. A little electric boost would give the RDX the torque it needs at the low end and a few more MPG which are my two main complaints. And a Sport Hyrbid RDX wouldn’t require the charging infrastructure or come with the Musk scented interior.
