Pulsating Turbo indicator

Anyone notice their blue turbo indicator pulsating while waiting in traffic? Goes back to normal from blue to red while driving but never saw this before. Is my ECM in a leaning mode because I had my fuel pump replaced less than 25 miles ago? Normal procedure for pump replacement
is to disconnect the battery which may have caused an erase of my past driving habits. Just guessing at it but everything seems to be running fine besides.

Thanks

the turbo meter has very little purpose, if it makes you feel better, disconnect the battery for 5minutes and reconnect. See how it reacts.

You can shut them off if they bother you too.

It's normal. In my datalogs, I saw a few times that the throttle plate opening changed during idle, and the MAP sensor (intake pressure) reading also fluctuated.
In other idle times, throttle plate opening and MAP were stable.
