Power Folding Parts

Was able to find 2019/2020 Acura RDX power folding parts in Chinese website. Taobao cost about $390 not including shipping. Is it worth it to install it?

Some guy did this...it was a huge pain in the butt apparently. I don't know where the thread is, I think it was a Facebook Group.

That guy used genuine Acura parts purchased from a Canadian dealership; parts alone came to about $1500 to $1800. It was a plug-n-play installation, but the installation process was quite involved.

I understand installing Power folding mirror required take out the door panels and wiring. I actually takeout the door panel on my Toyota Camry before to install turn signal indicator and wasn't that difficult. Just need to understand if the parts fit and worth that money right now. Or maybe i should wait until someone actually did this and write out a guide.

I would think that if It was in any way practical, it would be a dealer add-on option. It should at least be a factory option on certain trim packages. It was available on previous generations.
