Official RDX Sales Thread
I noticed this as well, I suspect it is just a price increase from Acura. My Advance was built 11/18, and has the $100 lower MSRP, but another one on the lot had the higher price.
Nice month for Honda/Acura. Accord is picking up steam now too. RDX is just killing it. Seeing more and more on the road. But I must see 10 MDX each day on my drive to and from work. They are everywhere!
If they hit the mark on the new TLX, it will fly. They tweaked the ILX and the numbers are increasing. Once they get a new TLX, it should do well. The new RDX proves the brand loyalty is there if they put out the right product/value.

Honestly RDX is just killing it. But I am not surprised. The total package is unbeatable.
Overall, Acura had a great month. Looking forward to see more of 14K+ units selling per month
RDX proves that people aren’t just looking for luxury interior or 500HP. People want a package and RDX provides that
Btw, just checked the QX50 and the numbers are beyond disappointing. Less than 2K units were sold. Epic fail and disaster by Infiniti. Their 6 year old QX60 is doing super well with the dinasour infotainment.

The RDX is doing well, but the competition is doing even better. BMW sold 6,727 X3 models in March, and Audi sold 6,529 Q5s, notwithstanding higher prices.
Hopefully a new TLX, similar to the RDX (but with fewer issues) will be out soon.

of success and achievement!!
I am genuinely impressed by RDX sales numbers.
Yea, I saw that. The fact that the 2020's are coming out so early hopefully indicates that the 2021 new generation TLX will be released early in 2020.
When I was waiting for my oil change, tire rotation, and inspection to be done on my 2019 RDX, two trucks each with a full load of 2019 RDX vehicles rolled in to the dealership on the short drive down from East Liberty, OH where they are assembled. Must have been at least a dozen vehicles, maybe 16. So it is apparent that they are selling pretty well at this dealership.

Guys this is phenomenal performance.... Just to put this in perspective the US auto market in total -5% for the first quarter and Mazda is down ~20% for quarter as well over last year. Even with the new 2.5T they are down ~15% on the CX5 and bleeding market share.
It's a little shocking how well the ILX is doing with just a cosmetic redo. It's basically the same car.
The TLX will probably drop 25-30% this year alone. Just think what they could be doing if they had a new TLX, the updated ILX and the RDX all selling at the same time.
And add a meaningful flagship...the RLX is a joke.

Almost 1.5 times as many RDXs as MDXs sold in April. IIRC it used to be the other way around.
Kinda seems like Acura needs to get the next-gen MDX out the door.
After they finish letting us beta-test the next-gen infotainment system.

I will put it this way. When you spend $50 large for a car. 1) Read reviews 2) test drive it 3) sit in it an hour at the dealership if you are uncertain. 4) Purchase it if it meets your needs.
Yes it was a learning curve. After one week, I like it. I evolved and adapted to its very nature. The best? No. Do I love the RDX overall-Yep
