HUD Distortion

Over the last few months, I have noticed an intermittent distortion in my HUD display on my 2019 Advanced. It looks like a a yellow tinted lens is placed over part of the display. Almost like an oil drop. It distorts part of the display, usually the left half of the speedometer reading when it is there, and appears to be roughly nickel or quarter-sized, but I have seen it further to the left, as well. The plastic cover over the projector is clean and dry. It is hard to get a good look inside just due to the angle of everything.

Has anyone else observed this? Are there any known cures?

I've never noticed anything like that in my HUD, so I can't really comment but if the anomaly has appeared in different locations in the projected image, there could be something wrong with the HUD itself. If it's still in warranty, have Acura replace it.

Did you check the TSBs?

There's a TSB for the issue you're describing.
