Does anyone happen to have a diagram or know where the cabin draws in fresh air from? The rats have started another nest on top of the cabin air filter and if I knew where the intake was, maybe I could block it off with wire mesh.

I don't have the diagram but it's easy to find and replace. Open your glove box and in the back, there's a rectangular panel. Pop that off, then there's another panel with a clip of both sides. Compress the clips to remove and now you have access to the filter.

 

Thanks Mustachio, but I'm all too familiar with the cabin filter. I have to pull it out to get the room needed to vacuum out the nest material, it seems like the top of the filter is the rats favorite spot to make a nest. Thank goodness that Acura made it so easy to get to.
I was hoping to find out where outside air is drawn from like the base of the windshield or behind a fender maybe? If I could find that out I might be able to block the rats off before they could get to the cabin filter area.
