can somebody make this clickable for me?
if Ford can come on with nice little power upgrades reasonable why can't Honda...?
they did this for the Mustangs a year or two back to pretty reasonable...
I think we'd all like a little more low-end Grunt and just a little bump all the way around....?
and just in case they put this motor in the MDX it's definitely going to need it.

I saw that and thought the same thing. Of course, you can get nearly the same effect from the Hondata tune, but that's not "factory" which means it probably messes with any warranty, and it's technically not street legal. So yeah, it would be nice to have Acura do the tune. While we're at it, I'd love to have them add a whole "SEMA Tune" package;
Downtube ($400/+16 hp)
Exhaust ($2000/+13 hp)
Intercooler ($700/?)
Tune ($700/+30 hp)
____________
$3800 (plus labor)/+60-70 hp
I might be doing this piecemeal myself.

The smart money seems to be on 3.0L V6 turbo for MDX. And maybe for RDX Type S if that ever happens. Which is exactly why Acura will never offer a "tune kit"; they would rather sell you a more expensive "tuned" vehicle. Same with the German brands.
