Brakes problems RDX 2023

Hi. I would like to know if members of this community had problems with their Acura RDX years 2020 and above more specifically with a grunting sound when taking foot of brake pedal from a stopped position? If so, what was the problem? And aware if Acura sent a service bulletin about that? Thanks very much.

People have had brake noise issues with RDX since 2019. Acura is still working on a fix….. give it a little more time

My 2022 RDX, and I suspect your 2023, has an "Automatic Brake Hold" feature which allows the brakes to remain applied even after releasing the brake pedal when the vehicle is completely stopped, like at a traffic light, until the accelerator pedal is pressed; essentially keeping the car from rolling forward when you take your foot off the brake at a standstill. Depending on the up/down angle of my 2022, I get a very short noise when the brake is released. I wonder if that is what you are hearing?

Thanks for your reply. I know what you are referring to but it is not the same thing.
