Hi All! My first post here.
I have a 2023 RDX Advance with a Brake Squeak problem: The first time we use the car each day, as we back out of the driveway, the brakes squeak loudly. Our local dealer said that the car uses "BMW style brakes" and they squeak adding there is nothing they can do about the squeak.
This seems bogus as we never hear our neighbors with BMWs backing out of their driveway while the whole neighborhood knows when we leave.
If we back up later on that day, there is no squeak. The squeak is back after an overnight park in our garage.
Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks everyone for this wonderful forum.

I have a 2023 and had the same problem. There is a TSB for this that involves replacing the brakes (IIRC rear, but can't remember for sure). It happens only when it's cold and the car has been sitting for a while. If car has just been driven or it's warm, then no squeak. After the TSB fix was applied, there is no squeak ever.

Same issue with our 2023 RDX. 27k kms nearly now, and still squeaks when backing or when wet.
Goes away fairly quickly.

I waited until my pads were 80% used and then reported the squeak. The TSB is covered by warranty so I got new pads for free.
