Just for curiosity, ran the 23 RDX manual posted earlier through a legal text comparer vs my 2022.
First page it pointed out was a SW notice regarding the "touchscreen".

Car and Driver's review is live now. It also mentions that the 23 has a touchscreen. The controls are now touchpad or touchscreen, exactly what reviewers have been begging for.
Now time to ask my dealer if this can be retrofitted on my 22.

Hmm... wondering if car/driver reviewer made a mistake. They say the exact same sentence in 2022.
Still one clear difference is that the 23 manual says touchscreen in the software section. 22 didnt.

My bet is no touchscreen. The policy in the user manual seems generic - probably copied from Honda side, so the touchscreen came from there.(Actually, similar policy does appear in the user manual of 22 Civic)
Honda has moved on to Android Automotive, and I guess they would leave Acura's infotainment HW as-is for this generation to minimize the SW maintenance work.

Probably force of habit. Other than Mazda, do any new cars have a screen that isn't a touchscreen anymore?
