Can't answer your question but if you find a source, let us know. I could use some touch-up for my Advance wheels (different color, of course). Thanks.
For my Aspec, I tried Honda's "Modern Steel Metallic Touch-Up Paint Pen (.44 fl oz, Paint Code: NH797M)" Too light... I then added a bit of black to make it more grey... Close enough, but I am still looking for the correct color.

I used the same. Good enough - better than the scrape color.
the mix of "Modern Steel Metallic" and some black, at left, the Greystone Pearl NH658P at right. I think the mix is close, but the Greystone is too blue and dark.
"Wheel colors are not coded on the vehicle anywhere and often we do not have any wheel color chips. The best
bet is to go to a local auto body supply shop and see if they can determine the color code. Once we know the
color code, we can make the paint. There are no guarantees or refunds on wheel colors even if they do not
match. We will not remix these paints."

This doesn't look bad really, considering what you're trying to match.
The wheels have a sprayed metallic coating that creates a color based on three factors: a base color, randomly reflecting metallic flakes, and distance. Any daub of a single color (even metallic type) will look slightly different up close because you're not matching a single color. The idea is to get something that simulates the blended colors of the wheel when looking at a normal distance. How does this look standing a few feet away?
I think even the oem paint would look slightly different up close because it wouldn't be applied the same way.
The before and after are kind of hard to see, but thanks for the info. I might get a can and spray onto some paper to compare before using it. Thanks again.
