I have a 2020 RDX ASPEC and my passenger side power window motor seems to have given up. The window is open a few millimeters and I’ve tried closing it with both the driver side and passenger side window switches but it doesn’t work. I can’t even hear the motor trying to move the window at all. Has anyone experienced something similar to this? I’ll be calling the dealer to schedule an appointment tomorrow morning and have taped some plastic bags to keep rain / snow out for the time being.
It could be a blown fuse. The fuse may have blown if the window was obstructed by something, or frozen in place by ice. I have also seen it happen when someone holds the button for a long period when the windows is already fully opened or closed.
In this case fuse #39 would be suspect. By the process of illumination, they seem to be calling the front passenger window AS P/W. . AT the very least this chart shows that each window has it's own fuse.
These fuses are located in the box above the drivers left knee.

Thanks for the tip! I will check the fuse and hopefully replacing it will resolve the issue. The next available appointment at my dealer is next Tuesday...
So I took out the passenger side power window fuse and it looked fine; It didn’t look blown at all... I replaced it with the spare anyhow and started the car. Initially the passenger side power window still didn’t work so I thought I’d have to schedule an appointment and bring it to the dealership. However, a minute or two later, it suddenly started to work again. Thanks for the tip about the fuse!
The temperature at my location reached -26'C (-15'F) yesterday. In temperatures like that it would not be unusual for the window glass to freeze to the rubber squeegee on the car door.
Perhaps that is what happened to you, and the repeated attempts to open/close the window finally broke the ice bond.

Do all the other windows work properly? Just making sure you haven't activated the child lock. I did that once and it drove me crazy for about a minute.
Only a few mm? Can you grab the glass from both sides and just lift it? I've had a few cars where that's how you closed the windows.
It actually had something to do with the power window not receiving power. Somehow removing the fuse and replacing with the spare, even though the original fuse didn’t look blown, seemed to have fixed the issue.
Yes, initially there was ice on the window and it moved down a few millimeters and was stuck. I used a credit card and slid it between the window and the seal to make sure it was free but the window still didn’t move. The child lock was not on and every other window was functional. When I tried to move the affected window, I couldn’t even hear the sound of the motor trying to move the window as you normally do if it was stuck.
I will double check again to see if the fuse was actually blown since that seems to be the reason why no power was going to the window.
A fuse usually blows in the middle where it's visibly obvious, but not always. You can try putting the old one back in to check but I wouldn't even bother. Just throw it away. I wouldn't trust it and they're cheap enough.

Since the fuse didn’t look blown to me, I decided to take a picture of it and swap it back into the car this morning and test the passenger side power window. The window seems to be functioning properly with the old fuse now...
Now I’m wondering what was the real cause of only the passenger side power window not working when every other window was functioning properly even after I made sure the window was not frozen / stuck to the seal... When I took the original fuse out, it was inserted correctly and wasn’t loose at all. Normally with a frozen window I can at least hear the power window mechanism trying to move but it seems like the motor wasn’t getting any power at all.
Anyways I’m happy that removing and reinserting the fuse seems to have resolved the issue and saved me a trip to the dealership.
