2019 RDX in single car garage
I know width might differ by a foot or two (12 feet to 14 feet wide) depending on location but anybody parking their new ride in single car garage on East coast side? Whats your garage width?

I’m not home now, but it fits in my single garage. Tight, but it fits. I have maybe 2-3” clearance for the side mirrors when I pull in, and 1 1/2” top clearance for the garage door opener arm that hangs down. I am going to put the Accord in and leave the RDX out in the winter, since I can remote start the RDX for warm up, otherwise, the newer car, the RDX gets the garage for the other three seasons.

My door is 8 feet. Opening 2 inches less... (weather seal).
I come in verrrry carefully. and am looking for some kind of mirror to see better ( I tried a half dome, not very useful).
It feels much wider than my 07 rdx..

My single bay garage is 96 inches wide less about an inch on each side for a trim board and the insulation strip for the garage door to snuggle up to when closed. I would say that there is about 3 inches on each side clearance from the mirror to the edge of the door opening. One thing that helps at least on the Advance trim is that when lining up to pull in, if you hit the camera button twice on the windshield wiper stick, the screen shows a line on each side of the car at just the right width to line up with the base of the door frame on each side. It helps immensely in centering the car going through the door opening. I also have a small rectangular piece of cardboard dangling on a string from the ceiling positioned so that when it just touches the windshield pulling in I have enough room behind the car to open the rear door when the door garage is closed and enough room to effortlessly walk around the front of the car to go through the door into the house. I have about 6 inches leeway on the front to back to position the car where I want it. That is why the dangling cardboard piece is helpful. It is snug, but not a problem for me. I hope this sets your mind at ease for garaging your new car.

I'm pretty far from either coast, but I have a 3-car 2+1 garage, and the RDX goes in the single-car, single-door space. It's also side-entry ( perpendicular to the driveway ), so I have to see-saw and enter at an angle, just to make it a bit more interesting. The surround-view cameras help. And although dangling cardboard or tennis balls are a time-honored approach, shifting into reverse and checking the distance markers on the rear-view display relative to the lip of the garage concrete gets me where I need to be.
But I agree the 3rd-gen RDX "drives wide" for its size. It's no easier to park than my previous 3rd-gen Honda Pilot, or our 3rd-gen MDX. Those stylish elevated creases on the hood are part of the problem. But dang can that thing corner!
