SH-AWD Adv/Ent, heated sterring wheel, body molding/splash guard/wheel locks/all season mats: $54k+ TTL. Dealership gave me a great valuation on my trade in as well (higher than kbb/edmunds valuations). Overall an extremely plesant experience (acura of seattle)

SH-AWD Adv/Ent - $52,600. Screwed myself by agreeing to the price before discussing accessories. Still thrilled though, it was definitely my favorite test drive of the weekend. I just wish the sunroof was larger.

Just paid $45,300 for an AWD Tech at Montgomeryville Acura in PA. That's vehicle only, before accessories, tax, tags, and includes the destination charge, which is how all of the dealers I talked to quoted their prices.

MD mdx adv / sh awd /entertainment/ top of the line.

Was offered this for $52300 this weekend. I wanted the price to include the roof rank and step sides. So far I have gotten no response. So, I will take that as a no. Which means we are getting close to their bottom line. They have til Monday if they want the end of the month sale. If not we will try at the end of June if that model and color are still available and the 2015's are on the lot.

So to all of the Maryland dealers|. Advance, sh-awd, entertainment/ roof rank and step sides. Black and Tan interior. $52300.

That is the way to go Mate!
Most of my cars are bought during the last date of the month. The suckers want to hit targets and are amenable to being more flexible!

About $46k for SH-AWD Adv in Utah. Really difficult to get the dealers to budge much from MSRP until I showed them this thread and threatened to walk. BTW, special thanks to Michael Skinner from Acura101West.com in California for the support and effort he provided to me. While I didn't get my MDX from him, he certainly saved me some money.

You mean SH-AWD Tech? It seems dealer are much better for MDX in the east coast & west coast.

Price on Non-Tech MDX

Has anybody bought a non-tech base model 2014 MDX? Is the discount any better than a Tech MDX?

The best offer so far I have gotten on an 14 advanced, awd, entrainment is $51900. Should I take that, or work a deal on a 15?

We will find out tomorrow what if any new incentives will be on the 14. Hoping for cash back

Also do most dealers offer accessories at deal cost at purchase?

That seems like a great deal - ~$53K is the best I've been able to do. Deciding tonight whether to take the deal or wait for a 15.

I helped my parents purchase an AWD Tech for 45,400 from Limerick Acura last weekend including destination before tax, tags. I guess we didn't do too bad.

Who did you deal with in Limerick? I test drove there, and would have preferred to buy the car there, but they were less than responsive after I told them I was soliciting prices from a number of dealers and asked for a price. I got the "bring in all your research and we'll take care of you," but they didn't want to actually give me a number when I asked for it. I'm always amazed that someone selling a commodity---like cars---doesn't understand that the customer has the power, not the seller.

The folks at Montgomeryville were responsive, prompt, and very straightforward, which is what I have now heard from several different friends that have bought there.

FWIW, Ardmore was $1000 to $1300 higher on the vehicle itself than anyone else I talked to and incredulous when I told them so...but they didn't offer to drop the price.

We picked up my wife's Black/Black SH-AWD Tech yesterday for $45.5k. Dealer gave us all-season mats for all 3 rows, folding cargo tray & wheel locks for free.

We also paid dealer cost for below accessories.
- LED Fog ($552)
- Front Sport Bumper Trim ($350)
- Remote Start ($410)
- Heated Steering Wheel ($519)

I also bought below accessories from OEMAcuraParts.com and installed the running board & splash guard set and will install the rest this weekend.
- Advance Running Board
- Splash Guard Set
- Rear Sport Bumper Trim
- Rear Bumper Protector

So far my wife and I are very pleased with our choice and looking forward to long ownership of our MDX.

I dealed with Derek, the internet manager. I bought my TL back in 09 from the previous internet manger Justin at their old location Metro Acura, so thought I'd give them another shot.

I didn't deal much actually. I looked at this thread and a similar one over at mdxers, and decided that people with good deals were paying in the low 45s or high 44s. So I emailed Limerick and told them about the price range I "received" from other dealers like Montgo, Davis, Princeton and Sussman, and that I would prefer to buy from Limerick instead. He didn't email me back with any numbers like you said, but saying that they will not be beat. So I dropped by with my father, verbally quoted that my lowest offer was 45,500 and he offered 45,400. Combined with the 0.9% APR, this deal was good enough for my father so we walked out in 2 hours with a new MDX AWD Tech.

While he didn't quote any numbers over the email (and I wasn't too assertive either), he was nice and easy to deal with. Maybe I should've said 45,000 instead but the price was good enough so we settled.

I am myself in a dilemma and looking to the advice of people here. I waited for a 2015 model. But it seems like there is absolutely no change in new model, only a $275 price difference. Can anyone confirm there is no change in the new 2015 model over the 2014 model?
As far as quote for the two models - I got an offer for delivery in 1st week of July for the 2015 AWD Advance model for $56,525, plus tax, license, registration, and title fees.

I was told for the 2014 AWD Advance I can have it for $53,430.38, plus tax, license, registration, and titles fees.

I am not particularly concerned about resale value because I generally use the car until the end and then pass on to relatives. So if there is no change at all, I have no reason to wait. Any suggestions?

We just bought one from local MN dealer so you know what my answer is.

I saw another poster claim his dealer offered him 2015 Advance for $51,900. If you don't have a trade in I would contact that dealer and order the 2015 and have it shipped for ~$900. You still come out ahead.

I would avoid dealing with Buerkle. Price you have seems like something they would quote, .38... LOL!

Sorry my sales guy "misspoke" the manager said he would not sell a 15 for $51900. I was just told that. But he is offering a great deal deal on a 14.

Just curious where your dealer is located at and what deals are they doing for SH-AWD Tech?

Hi fellow Minnesotan. Would you mind giving me the name of the dealership and first name of the salesman/saleswoman where you bought your vehicle? BTW the MDX inventory currently is 50 at Buerkle, 33 at White Bear and 30 at Bloomington.

So what would be a good price for MSP area for an AWD advance?
If I buy outstate, where is the sales tax paid and title and registration fee?

We got ours at WB. I worked with Tim, new car sales manager. Quote I had on Advance before was $53400 couple months ago but not sure any local dealer would go lower. Tell him Dan recommended WB over Buerkle and Bloomington!

If you buy out of state you would register in MN and pay MN sales tax with registration and title fees. Selling dealer would get paid for MDX and any fees they charge.

You were 100% right on Buerkle dealership. I got a quote from them, which was not even worthy of a thank you, but nevertheless, I thanked and have no plans to engage with them. The quote from then was at MSRP less a few $100 dollars! That was even more than the 2015 quote I got from other dealers! I wonder who buys at that dealership. No response yet for Internet quote from WB. I might end up buying from WI or IL.

You should call and ask for Tim. You'll get much better deal working directly with him. Sales Rep on floor can't think for themselves if you go beyond certain discount amount. Only the sales manager can.

I did and he did not remember you, said Dan who. Anyway he gave me a figure higher than $54k. But he said would be willing to go $53,400. I am now seriously pursuing other options in and around Chicago.

LOL. He already sold the car so he doesn't have to remember me. You can mention guy who wanted advance but bought tech on past Monday for his wife. Well, that was the price he quoted me. In my opinion unless you can get $1500+ more discount it's not worth the hassle.

Thanks for the info. I am not going to call him again. His bottom line of $53.5 is not attractive to me. I am happy to wait.

Ok. When I was getting out of state quotes I was getting ~$52k for advance but after you factor in shipping, extra doc fees that out of state dealers charge, not getting trade in tax break & not being able to test drive to pick the perfect MDX you want it just wasn't worth it for me.

One thing Tim did do was throw in All Season Mats for all 3 rows, Folding Cargo Tray & Wheel Locks for free. He also gave us dealer cost for LED Fogs, Remote Start, Front Sports Trim and Heated Steering. His price for these were best out of all the dealers I got quotes from.

Good luck!

I was fortunate enough to have 3 local dealers all with the exact car I wanted (Black/Black.) Just signed on a 14 Advance for $52,800 plus Destination of $895. Missed out on the .9%, but took Acura finance just to get the $1000.

Pick it up Tuesday after options install.

Are you saying there is $1000 cash back for Acura financing right now?
