I have a 2020 MDX with dealer installed hitch and 7 pin connector. It has been working fine until recently when the 12V trailer charge is no longer provided. The fuse is not blown and there is no voltage at the fuse. Does anyone have the circuit diagram for how this is wired? There must be a relay someplace as it is not always powered depending on if the vehicle is running, accessory mode or stopped.

Here's a link to the installation manual for the factory hitch and wiring - might offer some clues. Looks like a couple of relays are also in play here...

The link requires payment to view. It looks like the issue is with the control unit or relay. I will take it to the dealer that installed it about a year ago and see if the repair will be covered under warranty.

Interesting about the link. I got it from the Honda parts eStore in the area displaying accessory install instructions. For me the link works if I right click it and say to open in a new tab. I don't have any subscriptions, etc, so not sure of the issue. Strange....

I went to the estore website and was able to view the document. It shows all of the parts and how they are installed very nicely but not diagnostics or schematic. I also went back to the link in the Post and it also works. I do not know how I ended up at the page asking for money.
