Replacing Broken Armrest

Hi All,

I have a 2020 MDX and my kids climbed over the center console armrest and broke/twisted the tracks so that the ballbearings all fell out and the center console armrest top comes off. Replacements on eBay are fairly easy to come by for $150-$200 but wanted to make sure I could do the replacement myself.

It looks like there's no way to access the screws that hold down the base. But I did find this diagram, it looks like I can just remove the back panel of the center console to access the mounting area for the armrest. Anyone do this already and can confirm?

Appreciate the help in advance!
