Hi Folks,

I scratched the driver side housing cover, a inch x 1/3 inch of paint has been chipped off.
it's a white pearl color housing. Not sure if any bodyshop can repair
it like new. If i have to replace from dealar service, how much it's gonna cost me\? is it
possible for me to replace it myself? Would it be a whole mirror assemling thing\/

Should be parts 8 or 14. Not sure how it comes apart though. Change the model to your model accordingly.

 

I know I have replaced a mirror on 2007 TL and it wasn't terribly difficult but does require taking down the door panel usually (to an extent was able to just do a few clips). That being said the unit can be bought cheaper from Shop Genuine Acura OEM Parts and Acessories Online - Bernardi Parts I do all my accessories from them as they do such high volume they are the best price around for OEM Acura stuff I have found. Hope this helps a bit.
