Hi,

Just getting used to our new MDX. We have the remote start and have read that it can also turn on the heated seats and steering wheel if installed. Is this a setting I'm missing? I would like to do that.

Also the remote allows you to open the windows. Can they be closed as well?

 

It does turn the heated or cooled seats based on outside temp as long as they are in the auto mode. I'm unsure about the windows.

The biggest challenge I've found is the extremely short range of the door lock/remote starter. Often I cant get mine to work as close as 50'. Acura service says they are aware of the problem, but that no fix is yet available.

How do I get the seats in "Auto" mode.

For reference I have and MDX Tech. The starter and steering wheel are add ons.

 

Press the heated seat icon on the lower display and select auto. Repeat for the other seat
