So just picked up the 17 MDX SHAWD Advance and want to modify some things already. Does anyone have a link or two for exhaust systems, CAI, tuner controllers? Mainly looking to do some plug and play so nothing internal.

 

The 1 and 2G MDX barely have any support and they have been out forever....so you might be on your own with this one.

 

Agree with RDX10, there is almost no performance aftermarket part available on the market for the 3G MDX.

 

the engine architecture has been in USE since 1996.
so, technically, anything that has been done to prior TL's, MDX's, etc can be done to your BRAND new MDX!

but as far as plug and play parts, your car is too new for any after market support.
the best you can do is head to an exhaust shop and ask them to cut out the mid-muffler and weld a straight pipe in its place. that will net you a little bit of sound

 

hondata BARELY came out with a tune for the 07-08 TL's.
so, you're probably NOT going to get a tuner, as it's an MDX not a ssport tuner car

 

I think the +17 sh-sh-awd MDX will have magnetic suspension, 3.0L V-6 engine, 7DCT, and sport+ mode. I think that will be the closest the MDX will come to any sporty mods.
