Hello,

i receive a new MDX 2020 Tech+ two days ago, everything is perfect, except the windshield which is get blur at right side (border), this makes the view isn’t clear from that side 100%

Is there anyone getting the same thing? Is it also same for other MDX ?

Very very common complaint. I suspect the true problem is the design of the windshield and not a mfg issue.

Does anyone have windshield change by Acura or an explain from them?

I had an 2019 RDX, and didn't get same issue.

 

Read the other thread listed above. There is reports of people getting a new windshield. Unfornutately the results seem to be mixed. A few report better, but lots say it the same or worse after replacement.

 

Yes unfortunately I have the same problem. Mine makes me physically sick. There is a whole thread on this exact problem. In the search put in windshield distortion and read all of the comments on there. My windshield was replaced with one that is worse and Acura will not do anything about it. It’s a design flaw for sure and a safety concern.

 

I had minor distortions on from my windshield as other have posted. It is more noticeable on some backgrounds than others. The original windshield was replaced yesterday due to a crack and was replaced with another OEM windshield. The new windshield has about the same distortions as the previous one. I believe this is not a defect per say just on optical distortion created at the sharper curvature towards the ends.
