Loading poi csv files into MDX navigation

Loading poi csv files into MDX navigation
Has anyone tried successfully to load custom pois into the 2014 MDX navigation?
I tried and it can see my CSV files on the usb drive but when I try to load it gives me an error message saying it can not read the data.
I checked the files and they are csv files, downloaded from POI factory .com
