I see the 2019 has ambient interior lighting, does the 2018 have the same? if so could I get some pics.

Yes, the 3rd gen MDX has had that for several years. My 2017 has it. I assume it existed even before that. It's subtle and I'm not sure it will photograph all that well. There are "blue" LEDs that provide some lighting assistance to the center console area, as well as lights in the footwells and I believe the door handles, as well.

Yes, my newly bought 2018 Advance has them in each door handle, overhead light fixtures (front and back) but the floor lights under the dash are the fug yellow stock color lights...
