Rear diff fluid change at 15k miles, then 30k mile increments thereafter, is the normal schedule. If you haven't done it before, then definitely do it. If it's been changed once already, I'd not do it again for a while.

Brake flush is an every-3-year thing, regardless of miles. If you're going to keep the MDX for a long time, putting in fresh brake fluid isn't a bad thing, although many will wait longer. But it's time related, not miles....

Compare pricing Acura vs. Honda dealer vs. independent shop. Brake fluid change takes about 10 minutes with the wheels off, and should be cheaper when done in combination with a tire rotation. Rear diff takes about 10 minutes with the car on a lift.

DO NOT MISS THE 30,000 TRANSMISSION SERVICE INTERVALS!!!!!!!!!!! CHANGE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID EVERY 30,000 MILES WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Rear differential fluid change should be done at the same time but isn't as mission critical. If I were giving this response verbally I would be yelling it.

30k miles is severe use, otherwise follow the maintenance minder; code 3 in the maintenance sub codes. In person I would be saying this in a normal conversational voice.

From the manual:
Driving in mountainous areas at very low vehicle speeds or trailer towing results in higher
transmission temperature. This requires transmission fluid changes more frequently than
recommended by the Maintenance Minder. If you regularly drive your vehicle under these
conditions, have the transmission fluid changed at 30,000 miles (48,000 km).

If you miss an interval because at the 60,000 mile oil change that maintenance code was clicked as being performed when it wasn't, that is a problem. Read between the lines of what I am saying.
