2021 or 2022 MDX?

I'm with you. I hope they don't run one more year. With COVID basically fouling up all schedules, it is hard to tell what will happen. I do like what I have seen in the renderings. The exception is that third computer generated picture in your link. If that will be the end result, it won't be pretty. The camo shots provide hope. Still looking out for some info on whether or not the hybrid will be sticking around. So far all the noise has been about smaller, turbo charged engines.

I nearly very nearly just pulled the trigger on a 2020MDX to lease or potentially purchase as it would have been about 30k OTD lol, but I am not in love with it enough to park with our 2012 MDX Advance with the orange interior. My dealer only had 2 left on the lot so since Acura hasn't pushed any information about it I'm going to have to assume they are going to turn out 2021 MDX's with no change except maybe a special addition as the outgoing model ushers in the new model come spring or summer 2021. I don't particularly care for the bloated look from certain angles on the 2020. Even though the front end looks nice. I will however be one of the first to lease a TLX probably lol

So I can quit looking at the inventory of my (not quite) local Acura dealers.
just interested of course. Like my ‘20 AWD Tech Majestic Black quite a bit. No regrets to be had. I’ve modified it to my liking.

The sooner the 4th Gen MDX hits the road, the sooner Acura can fix all the "new" issues with the design. If they wait a year, the 4th gen would have delayed TSB/MMC updates. I really want to see what they do to improve the MDX hybrid for the 4th Gen. Already told the wife we will upgrade if it has a plug-in option.
