Just curious before I pull the trigger is the above with 79k miles for 28,250 OTD a good price if the DFW area? 1 owner, clean car fax, grey exterior, ebony interior looks clean in and outside.

Base, Tech, Aspec, Adv, or Sport Hybrid?

That is more miles than I would like to see for a 2020 MDX at around +/- 20,000 miles per year after a +2 year lockdown? I was lucky to put 5000 miles per year during that time for my 19 MDX (just over 50,000 miles now). You are also getting close to the 105,000 miles timing belt service costing around $1800-$2500 depending on dealership, local shop, or some DYI. This is not counting any other maintenance items like brake pads, rotors, fluid changes, suspension wear/tear, or any issues with tech.
