Remote start works on Driver 2 remote and nothing on #1
Any ideas why? I have gone through the settings on the dashboard.

 

Sounds like the issue is remote 1

 

Just a long shot. But next time you start the car with the Driver 1 fob, go into the settings screen and make sure the Remote Start feature is "on" when that keyfob is driving the settings. Some settings are fob-dependent, and others aren't. Could be that this is a switchable feature based on each fob......

 

Don't forget to lock the doors first.
