2018 MDX Hybrid 3+ problems flashing while driving
I just got on the freeway then
Hill Start Assist Problem
Brake Hold System Problem
Brake System Problem
I see Power System and Brake System on also on the low part of the dash.
I got off the freeway and decided to turn off the car. The car wouldn't turn back on then after 3 minutes it finally turn back on with the same problems. Soon as I got home I let it sit for 10 minutes it all went away.
A few months back I got the Brake Hold System Problem and the parking brakes wouldn't release. I had to wait then it release.
I have only 16.5k on the car.
Anyone else seen this happen to them?
This is when I stop off freeway
After I got home

Brake warning problems and your still driving it? How foolish. Get it to a dealer NOW.
it might be as simple as a faulty sensor or as deadly as an impending total brake failure.
Foolish? So you're saying to stop on the freeway and tow to dealer? I ask if anyone seen this happen.
the cool thing about the internet is that you can ignore comments.Well, I guess you can do that in real life too.
if a particular comment isnt jiving with you, simply read/skip over it. Dont let things get personal.
now regarding your dashboard; I would check the voltage of the battery to make sure it's powering the electronics properly.
Acura warning light can sometimes be the symptom instead of the cause. It could be almost anything from low voltage, faulty camera, or faulty sensor. Hopefully, there are codes associated with the error. I would let them know any changes to the MDX (suspension/brake work, pot holes, minor fender/bender), what conditions were present when the error occurred, how long did show, any changes in driving dynamics with the error, and what you did to clear it if no codes are available. If not, Acura may not know what to fix and will start throwing parts at the MDX.
Did I say stop on the freeway and have it towed? NO! But you certainally should have driven straight to the dealer and had them check it out. Messing with or ignoring brake warnings is just asking for an accident.

Thanks for the input. I have a dash cam and looking back I just got on the freeway short loop and I ran over a small bump/pothole. I think that caused it to go crazy. It's been 2 days now and no more symptoms no error code.

How familiar are you with brake systems in cars??? The last I checked, the brake systems still run on hydraulics - meaning fluids. Unless somebody cut his brake lines or rats chewed up his lines, he can brake fine with plenty of Chirstmas lights on his dash. (ABS, on the other hand, is an electronic tool and, as such, could go south but wouldn't prevent him from driving home).

Very very familiar. Been a mechanic for 40 years. Unless the OP physically checked the fluid level how woild he know if it was simply a sensor malfunction? Sensor failure or sensor giving a error message means you should at least have things checked out before driving.
