2018 MDX Advance inop front USB

Can anyone give any pointers here? New to me cpo 18 MDX Advance AWD. The center console aux 2.5a USB ports don't work. The smartphone port does. The center seats USB ports work. The 3rd row USB ports work. There is only one fuse for USB, 15a, in the left rear cargo area (that I know of). Not sure this would be covered by warranty as cpo indicates the interior is not covered. Just can't understand why these two wouldn't work when the other 5 do work.

I would consider those ports covered unless they are damaged from user error like spilling a drink in them.

page 12 defines the interior items not covered:

Depending on date if first use and miles you could still be covered under the original 4/50k B2B warranty.

Worst case scenario is you take it in and it isn't covered. Bottom line is you want it fixed. It may be a simple fix. If not covered under warranty, and it is not something that can be traced to something you did, your dealership may opt to do a courtesy repair, or at least cut you a break. But you can't find that out if you don't take it in. Good luck.
