2017 & 18 Residual

Does anyone know the current residents and MF for this month? I was told 53% for 2017's. That seems awfully low. The MF was good at.00050 which is 1.2%.

We did our lease in early October, and got the same MF and the residual was 55% for a 2017 SH-AWD Tech (NH).
