17+ headlight wiring and testing help

So I picked up a 17+ headlight to use for a retro fit, when it arrived it was damaged more from shipping so i was refunded the cost and only out shipping. But when I went to test it using the pin out I found on this site (posted below) nothing worked. Now I'm assuming its rare for all the leds to be bad and most likely a driver issue, but would also like to verify my wiring pin out was correct. If indeed my wiring was correct is there anyway to diagnose or test the driver ?
Thanks in advance, crsracing.

Pinout:
2 Ground
7 high beam
12 low beam
11 Daytime Running lights

Just connect 12V power supply to the right pins. I *just* created the thread:

Low beams will draw ~4A at 12V so make sure your power supply can handle at least that.

Edit: I just figured out that all of 2 threads that I found are in the same subforum. Sorry for digging all of them up!

Thanks for the new pin out backwards of how I assumed they would be numbered. Do you also have to hook up both grounds for it to function ? I was only aware of "pin 2" ground.

Also may be interested in a headlight as I only have one at the moment.

You need either ground for the test. They provide two as with both high and low beam on it might be too much current for one pin to handle safely. So when you get them ready to install I would recommend using both.

I posted the headlights that I have in the black market at this forum.
