14 MDX LCA vs compliance bushings only

Hello! I recently purchased a 14 MDX and took it to a dealer for an oil and transmission fluid change over the weekend. When I picked up the vehicle they handed me a report that says they recommend replacing both front lower control arms because they found compliance bushings excessively worn/loose. I called them this morning and they said that the compliance bushings cannot be replaced alone for my model (they also mentioned it is possible for earlier models) because they can't get the bushings unless ordering the whole LCA. Here are my questions:
- I found the compliance bushings for my MDX sold separately on multiple websites that sell OEM parts. My vehicle is about 89,000 miles, and I feel or hear nothing irregular when driving. Should I replace the whole LCA or only the bushings?
- I also found that my MDX might share the same LCA with the 16-21 Honda Pilot (the parts numbers are the same and the pictures look identical, they also have the compliance bushings sold separately), would it be possible for me to get honda parts instead of Acura parts?
- Would it be possible for me to get the parts myself and have a Honda dealer install them for me?
Thank you for reading all the way here, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for replying! I thought #13 & #14 were the compliance bushings.😂 Guess I'll just replace the whole LCA. Would buying Honda parts with the same parts number work? How much would labor be for this job? Sorry for the add-on questions.

Oh interesting, I do see that they call it a compliance bushing on the sheet. I wonder if its a nomenclature thing because I’m looking at the bushing on the left corner of the LCA itself. Did the shop point to which bushing specifically was failing? I don’t have any numbers on labor cost unfortunately
