and it's staggered I don't want to do any fender work or lowering. Maybe I might lower a bit in the future. Also are they worth the price? or should I just wait and buy some from tire rack

The tires are fairly close to original diameter which is a plus and the offsets sound doable. We know one member has 19X9.5 and it seems like he has room still so an 18X10 would probably fit in the rear. The fronts no problem would fit but man Id hate to give you a thumbs up then you buy them and the tires rub suspension or fender in the rear. A drop is a almost a must have if you are getting rims for the TSX. For reference Im running 18 X 8 + 30 with 245 40 and a moderate drop. I barely clear the fenders with 4 adults.

i have 18's on my car, anything bigger the tire gets thinner and wheel gap gets more significant. I am still lowering my car just because i hate wheel gap. But with the potholes etc. depending where you live 18's are my choice because of the taller tires. Wheel gap with 19's not lowered can be horrendous and the need for a drop and 3-arm camber kit can get expensive.
