Where to purchase TPM sensors

Where to purchase TPM sensors
Where is the best place to purchase a second set of TPM sensors?
I have checked out this Acura Parts Store on line;

and they want $65/sensor. I called the local Acura dealer and they want $53 (Canadian) per sensor. I've checked on Ebay for part no. 42753-TL2-A51 made by Pacific Sensors. This I understand is the OE part for the 2009 TSX. Does this sensor need any programming or is it plug and play out of the box?

Either them or Ray Laks Acura RayLaks.com ask for Tim Poliniak.
