The more expensive one is a bigger bar (25MM versus 22MM). I'm surprised Progress makes more that one, but that's what it looks like.

I did a little research to confirm that there are two bars as listed in the links. There may be more to it that just the size though; a call to either of the vendors should uncover any discrepancies or special circumstances. If you do replace the sway bar, I'd suggest replacing the end links too. Moog offers replacements that are much beefier and have grease fittings installed (and they're cheap; about $20 a piece from Rockauto for instance).

thanks for the info guys i really appreciate it, besides i don't think $120 more for just 3mm will make that much of a big difference...

links help with side movements like when you on a ramp and you hit a bump and the ass end goes towards the outside......

so YES I bought the progress ones. there shud be pics in my build thread somewhere.

yup just saw them on your build thread damn those are nice and beefy compared to the stock ones... i guess i will be going for these since i don't know about the excelerate performance price difference and 3mm more, you have the sport wagon and happy with the the bar as it is so i should definitely love it as well. Next up fog Projectors!!

This is the only Progress RSB actually in production for the 2G TSX.

http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-248908.aspx

This bar I believe was a track inspired bar. We could probably special order it but it isn't a regular production item.

I love my Progress 25mm RSB setup!!! Not sure if its discontinued, took over 1 month for me to receive this... Improved turn in response compared to the 22mm. Little bit of oversteer, added 10mm spacers on the rear, readjusted rear camber, and slightly soften damper to compensate the added rear response. Feeling: "Go Kart" Very stiff and solid bar w/ reinforcement brackets and adjustable endlinks, why pricing is a little bit more... Fabrication and drilling to chassis is required since this was designed for track use (Mid-Ohio Specifications). (Warranty VOID ) But overall, vehicle is amazing to drive. Corner balancing is the next step to maximize the effectiveness of the 25mm RSB... Cannot wait!!!
