The Basic are NOT dampening adjustable and the SS are dampening adjustable. Both are Height Adjustable!
Came out sooner? These were the first ones out! And we knew they were coming all along...

Didn't mean it that way... More like I was too impatient and went ahead and lowered with springs this past weekend only to see these come out this week. Good to hear though! Will be looking to make the switch some time in the near future.

Sure they would, well we assume they will anyway
I'd be happy to ship international. So AU using priority mail with prepaid broker fees the cost is usually about $180 on top of the website checkout price. We'd have you place the order on heeltoeauto.com and then we request any additional post cost to your paypal account.

Yes the Basic is perfectly adequate for the street and is good for many customers. The SS is a kit we recommend to folks who are more discerning about how the car rides and handles. It will make an otherwise good kit feel great to the individual!

In general I'd call the feel of the Basic and SS versus stock as this:
Basics - For the customer who wants to lower the car, improve handling, and retain a relatively nice ride as compared to stock. Most times the ride is comparable to stock. Over certain roads a difference can be felt. This suspension makes the car feel more attached to the road. Springs are firmer than stock but cannot be considered a "race" setup. We often get people stating they want lowering, firmer ride, but do not want a track suspension. The Basics will generally work well for this customer!
SS - Same thing as Basics with the ability to adjust stiffness. The springs are the same as well, so adjustability is on the damper compression/rebound rate. There are 4 reasons to get the SS over the basic.
1- You have extra money to spend and always get the more expensive thing.
2- You are really concerned about ride, so you want to soften it up making it closer to stock.
3- You are really interested in performance, you want to be able to dial in the shocks where you feel they handle the best.
4- You want your gadgets to have more tweak-ability.
As far as fitment on the AU or EU or JDM model, I would largely PROMISE it will work as the chassis is the same. Still I need to disclaimer the possibility it won't work. If I were you I'd buy with confidence. A CU2 is a CU2, just as the CL9 is a CL9 with the 1G TSX.

In response to some customer demand over the week we have added the progress rear sway bar as an option when purchasing Tein coilovers:

Also on the SS we have added the EDFC controller as an add-on option at a discounted price.
Thanks for the great tips, pics coming shortly!

Mr. Heeltoe, i've purchased Basics from you for my 06 TSX...Great install! I remember you installed them without taking off my wheels. Anyway, i had no idea Tein Coilovers were being sold til i was browsing through your site. I've been slowly admiring the new look of the TSX and I'm definitely considering upgrading to it. I would love to see a review of either the basics of SS on the car...i hope it comes soon.

Sure we can do that...I take it we are missing the option online and that is why you are asking.
Send a message to us at support@heeltoeauto.com and we'll get the option added.
