Offset Question

i'm looking to purchasing the Ron Jon Legend wheels, preferably used (good condition). anyway, what offset do i need in order for the 19in wheels to look flush with the front and fear fenders? On the ron jon site it states there are two offsets, 32 or 48. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My bad for the NewB question

I would estimate the fronts are sticking out 5mm past the front fender and the rears are inset 10mm underneath the rear fender.
