New here

Just recently bought a 2010 TSX V6 Tech package

First real car I bought, searched for a long time never could find one even in my state. Searched one day a couple weeks ago and BANG, 10 miles away.

Took a test drive, key in hand 3 days later.

First car
2000 civic ex 5spd

Then
2004 Passat 1.8T 5 spd

Now
TSX V6

There was only one problem with it..

Its sitting on some shitty chrome gangster rims, dealer knew I wasnt a fan.

*current size is 18x8 or 7.5 and 225/35R18 (decent tread left, may just use them till need replacing)

Worked out a deal to get $1500 cash back to go out and get some new shoes.

This is where I need help, got a couple ideas but not sold just yet.

****I will not be lowering or modding the car besides the rims, I just want a nice clean look. Like to stick with the stock 235/45R18 tire.****

Would appreciate some input on...

Wheel size?
18x8,18x7.5,18x8.5

How low of offset should I go if i dont lower?
+50, +40

Should I choose a different tire size, or is the current a fairly common and probably the cheapest size tire for the rim?
*would like to have some cushion for bumps

What rims are your current favorite of the week?

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

Congrats. Pics?

I prefer the 18x8.5 +30 with 245/40/18 puppet runs. His car looks great. Volks.

Get the stock V6 wheels?

Just my opinion... it feels off seeing a car with aftermarket wheels with stock height. But to each their own.

What is your budget? The entire $1500 on wheels? Or do you want to pocket some of that and spend only X-hundred or so?

I'll get some pics later, will that offset work without lowering it?

Stock wheels are more than aftermarket I've found. $1500 cash is going at wheels and possibly tires, which isn't a lot to work with if I do the full package. I may just do wheels if my current tires will fit. (225/35R18).
