I want aftermarket wheels without drop
Does any member have aftermarket wheels without drop that looks good and not like a 4x4?
Will the wheels lift the car's height?
Will the wheels lift the car's height?

Not sure I understand the question, but if you get rims and tires that are the same as your OEM specs you should have no change in ride height - up or down. Your stance will only change when you migrate from the OEM specs.

it wont change anything.
because, you're supposed to match the tires with stock specs.
if stock calls for X rolling diameter, you'll need a tire that is the same rolling diameter.
which means a lower profile tire.
so, you'll be stuck with the same wheel gap or the illusion of it being worse.

Three Wheelin'
I think the OP is asking about proper offset to move the with outward to be flush with fender.
Our car stock rim is 17 x 7.5, ET 55 5 x 114.3 Center Bore is 64.1
When you move to 18" to 19" rim, they probably be 8- 8.5" in width, if you go with offset ET 40-45, that should provide a flush look. Use this link to check for offset: http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

I'll second/third what has already been posted. Personally, I do not like how cars look when they are not lowered but have aftermarket or larger than stock rims. Bad tire wear is not caused by lowering or camber alone, but by not having the toe adjusted correctly. If you get the toe fixed and rotate your tires regularly, the tires should not get worn down too much faster.

If you are gonna spend the money on wheels & tires, a couple hundred dollars more for springs will make a world of difference. To me and probably most on here, you can't have one without the other or you at least shouldn't. Lol Someone start an "Acurazine 10 Commandments" to help guide us new guys!

I will lowered the car.
What do you guys think about these wheels. +30 on the offset, isn't that well pass the fender?

8.5 +30 will stick out up front very slightly (unless camber is adjusted), but will fit fine for the rear fenders. Any rubbing will depend on the tire size and how low you take it. I have 245/40/18s with 8.5 wide +30, on Eibach springs, and the rear fenders had to be rolled to stop the rub.
