19s Without lowering

I found a good local deal on some HFP wheels with tires in 19". Only thing is I can't lower my car right now because of where I live. I couldn't find any pics of a TSX with HFPs that wasn't lowered but I found these:

Just wondering if ya'll think it'll look whack to run these without lowering first.

Oem rims generally look ok on stock suspension. It won't look as good as lowered, but it shouldn't look whack either. I think it's the stock offsets that still make the wheels look ok.

It's when you go to aftermarket wheels on stock suspension that looks silly.

Save the cash for wheels you really want. If you do decide to buy them HFP wheels, why not store them and when you do bag your car, you slap those HFP wheels on.

Ugh. Would look terrible. You shouldn't do it.

Got that out of your system?

Okay, now that you're not doing it, can you let me know where you found those wheels? Because I think it would look pretty good on my car.

echo the others: would look good on stock height or maybe slightly lower on springs. Going full coil over drop might start to look too sunk without spacers to gain some offset.

I actually prefer our tsx at stock height. The lip kit on the SE helps for sure, as does the +35 offset of the wheels. I believe it's on 245/45. Consider spacers as well.

VR1, I think with the OEM HFPs they will look fine. I'm guessing the factory-HFP-equipped Accord probably has the same suspension as the non-HFP variant (if there's any difference, I'm guessing it'll look the same as the Accord Sport model?), so it's basically 19s on stock suspension in that sense too. I doubt the stock Accords are any "lower" than our CU2s, so I don't think it'll look bad. These are probably one of the best looking OEM Honda wheels offered in North America! I say go for it if the price really is right . You'll probably lower your car soon after anyway

That's true, I like the HFP wheels but I don't love them. Don't plan on bagging my car, don't what to deal with the weight and added complexity just to sit lower when parked.

A newbie to this forum, having just acquired a mint 2011 TSX in Forged Silver Metallic. Looking to begin some 'phases' of modest upgrades to make it my own. Want to start with 19" wheels but not planning on lowering (yet.) These pics (albeit from a couple years ago) caught my eye. These are 19" rims, 245/45 size with a 35mm offset...no additional suspension work, camber, spaces, etc? Just looking for the right 'formula' for my "phase 1" plan (19" tires and rims, deck lid spoiler front lip trim.) Lowering may come later. Thnx for confirming your 'formula' on the wheels/tires in these pics. Great look!

Correct on the no suspension work/camber/etc. 100% stock. One minor correction they are on 245/40/19, 19x8.5 +35. The OEM lip kit on the SE really sells the look I believe, makes it look lower without being lowered lol

Hey what a coincidence, I have same colour Accord Euro Lux Navi (equivalent to your TSX Tech) here in Australia. Please find it below in stock 18s.

Hey man, did you ever end up getting the 19s? I'm in the same position and am deciding between 18s and 19s on a non-lowered 2013 TSX.
