Hey fellas, have a potential deal coming up and wondering what it'll take to fit these on my '10 tsx. I'm doing suspension as well at the same time, so any recommendations are appreciated. Hopefully not much modification is needed! I'm not a fan of the wheels sitting further out than the tires either.

just depends on how low you want it.
if you want it low; takes a little bit of work.
in other words; drop dictates how much work is needed.
another point; we can tell you to nip here, tuck there...snip this, dremel that. roll this but not that..etc...
Until you see where the wheel is touching the advice will be kinda useless.

VTEC just kicked in, yo!
Depends on the tires. If you're running 235/40R18s at most, they'll very likely fit. Any wider/thicker, you might need a rear fender roll at the very least.
I used to have 18x9.5 +45 on 235/40R18 Hankook Ventus V12 tires and they fit without any issues, lowered about an inch on TEIN Street Basis coilovers.
