VSA module question

VSA module question
I have a 2010 TSX. I recently replaced the front brakes and rotors. After, the pedal was very soft. I bled the brakes (which I've never had to do on another car when replacing pads and rotors) and it got better, but not where I think it should be.
I've done some searching and read about the VSA issue on some of the older TSXs, so I made an appointment at the dealer. They tested it and compared to a new tsx and said that they couldnt find anything wrong. The VSA light isn't on and they said that it hasn't thrown a code. Did the light even come on in the cars with the issue or did it just let air in the lines?
The car stops, but at a light for instance you can push the pedal down to the floor. It takes some effort, but it can be done. On my other cars its not possible.
I'm a little worried because I'm at 49,200 miles. So, I guess my question is, has anyone else had an issue with a 2010? What do you think my next step should be? Or, is it fine and I'm just being crazy?
Thanks for any advice you can give.
