Question Timing chain replacement

I believe I may have a problem with the tensioner on my timing chain, because when I start the car I hear a rattling noise that pretty much goes away at higher RPM's. I did not hear this noise before my AC compressor failed (not replaced yet) I thought it may be a loose bearing or something??? My question is do you know if I have to remove the entire side of the engine to access and replace the chain and/or associated tensioner? 2011 TSX 4 CYL
