rusted brake hubs :( help

watsup

I have a 2010 pwp tsx and I upgraded to 19 inch wheels last year (vossen cv3's)

the spokes are thinner then the stock wheels so the rust on the brake hub is visible and is very unappealing.

does anyone have any options to fix this beside buying new brakes?

heres a photo of what I'm talking about

(not my actual car but this is the problem I have)

anyone else have this problem?

what are my options? and how much would these options cost?

thanks guys

Remove your rotors > Sand down/Wire brush all of the rust off > Primer > High Heat Paint > Clear Coat > Voila!
