Reset Trip A on refill
So i was playing with the settings of this car and noticed this setting to reset the trip A counter every time you refill with gas. So far, i've filled the car up twice and the counter doesnt reset automatically. Anyone know what's up?

Read about this capability in the manual... sounded like a cool idea, but I didn't implemented it yet.
I likely will continue to just reset manually anyway, since I like to record the mileage (and calcualte MPG rates) after I fill up... and if it was automatically reset, I'd lose the info after restarting the car

Yeah I have used this setting since I purchased the car, I do the same thin with the gas mileage. All Though the trip information screen will give you the gas mileage on trip A and B with out having to do the math yourself. I've done the math a few times to check the accuracy of the trip information and its quite accurate. Like the above poster said it doesn't reset untill the car begins to move, but also you could just write down the mileage before you turn the car off and fill it up. I personally just look at it remember the number look at how many gallons I put in typically 12- 16 gallons and do the math in my head, then Look at the trip information see if I was right. If you don't have the tech package, I believe the gas mileage for trip a can be found in your information screen on your dash right after the tire pressure monitor.
