I was looking through the TSBs and ran across this one:
TSB 10-036: (2009-2010 TSX) Front Grille Molding Is Peeling (http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/SB/B10-036.pdf)

How exactly do you know if you have this problem? I have pieces of my front grill where the chrome has chipped off. However, I'm not sure if it falls under this TSB or if I might have encountered some rocks that chipped it off or something. Strangely enough, only parts of the grille are chipping and no other parts in the front of the car...

Mine started peeling on the silver paint, the outermost color of the garnish surrounding the grill. Dunno about the polished part.

 

Sorry; the link isn't broken, but you have to follow the instructions on this page (https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tsx-2009-2014-143/2nd-gen-tsx-tsb-information-789358/) to open it. You have to "log in" with your car make and model before it lets you open TSBs.
